This time it is a serious post.
After monitoring player count I've noticed that once again the server has died. This is pretty sad considering all the time that has been put into it and making it work.
I have decided to cancel Creative and Skyblock, as it will not help. Only Emerald is staying online, with the other two being shutdown indefinitely.
I'd like to know why everyone lost interest. Is it because of the game, or the server? Feel free to use the comments below to let me know (Your E-mail will not be visible).
It's sad to see it go, but this is how it is. I may open up more server for other games later, so please leave that below too and let's start a thread on what we could do.
For now, this will be the last post for Chaotic's Cave.

Certain people rushed the world and killed the Ender Dragon. I thought we'll do it all togther, but nope

The Ender Dragon is a pretty basic step considering everything. Also, it would not rally help to wait anyway, as after it would have died the server would go with it anyway. An Ender dragon is if you ask me Early game.
life caught up with me, i have to prioritise things going on irl over minecraft. simple as.
Ilr is always more important. That is how it should be.

@edgar he did, and from what I know it was posted already.
My personal reason is simply playercount. Active plugins on Emerald is something I really like and is a big reason for me to keep playing (currency/shop system more particular). Server itself obviously has hiccups or disconnects, but no server on the planet is safe from those, so that is defo not a reason.
I do not have a real incentive to play as I can utilize currency and the store as there is no one to trade with or sell stuff to, not even to just talk about the game or anything in chat, and that I take as something very important in a server.
I hope that people give their reasons of their absence and that will help getting people back. 🤗
Its good to know that the active plugins are good. Too bad no one is here anymore.
Honestly I've just been playing games with my irls I only play the server when I'm alone. It's a great server I don't see why people aren't playing

like what happens to me in all games I become chronically addicted to a game then I switch and stop playing it for a while
I get that yeah, same way how I got 2k in G-mod.
I only stopped playing cuz I'm on vacation and before that I used to get on and farm even when no one was on.
I think events might keep the server more active. Also instead of farming job xp all the time we could just start building more structures to make the server more interesting , that's why I built big chungus , because I started getting bored of farming xp all the time and wanted to so something more productive.
Also I think the last time I was on I was farming for ancient debris and died in lava and lost my only diamond set so I ragequit for like a week
How would you see it as building more big things?
