AtherActive Refund Policy

Due to legal reason we accept refunds. Refunds are given out under the following terms:

  • Your purchase was within 14 days of your request
  • Your payment needs to be validated
  • We need a proof of purchase


We do not accept refunds if:

  • You cannot show us a proof of purchase. We are not responsible to find it, we require you to send us.
  • The payment did not clear
  • The purchase is older than 14 days

In case you do want to attempt it, try, but we will not accept it..


Spamming of the refund system after failed attempts may get your E-mail blocked for a few days.
